A cozy place to come back to while exploring Kodiak for the first time. The bathroom is amazing! It was really nice to have a washer and dryer as well. Thank you for a great stay!

Comfortable get away for two people who enjoy the countryside. Positive: Comfortable and cozy. Perfect size for 2 people. Negative: Location was difficult to find despite the directions. The hidden road sits between two mailboxes (can’t remember the mailbox numbers), but would be good to know where it sits between and whether you have overshot the road (by passing mailbox XXXX).

Beauty for terror Positive: The bathroom is epic. Deep soaking tub. The kitchen has everything you need. Negative: I am 5'7" the stairs only way to load bedroom - with 2 steps to the top my head is reaching the ceiling I have to go to my knees or my back is rubbing the ceiling so I crawl up the last 2 stairs then onto the entryway there are non slipping areas on the steps which scratch up your knees up and burn your whole visit. The HOST was the Worst part of this visit. She gives you directions because the GPS doesn't work there. We follow them but some streets don't have signs. We go around and around the area to no avail then notice the Pruitt Lane sign is in some trees and is covered up. We take the road which seems to be a dead end is a house on the right then a house on the road in between them are 5 vehicles a boat some crab traps 3 dogs a basketball court picnic table dog toys and jump house in the road there are kids riding 4-wheelers up and down the road It looks as if it's a circle drive. I call Jessica she laughs at my distress and tells me to follow the directions I exclaim we have and she told me to do better. We continue to drive and look only to figure out. This is not a circle drive and one of the vehicles parked in front of the last house by the privacy fence is actually blocking the rental. By this time Ian so frustrated and exhausted I call Jessica back and asked for the entry code (I was having problems working the messages finding the code) she told me she doesn't remember it (it is the number of the address) and she did not have Internet for me to find it . ANYWAY later we get the opportunity to go on the ocean but would need another night. She agreed. We done the paperwork for it and went to bed. The next morning on our ATV trip to the water she called demanding payment. That she had been calling since last night and been messaging me over and over for the money. I told her I was on my excursion and. Would get this pd as soon as I returned.
